How experienced are you with Ragnarok?
I have been playing RO for a number of years, played on numerous servers including iRO for 1 year, aRO for almost 2 years and tRO since it started, so 2 1/2 years, also tried out a lot of other servers, but were all boring

Rules are rules, easy to understand and acustom to. I know them all

Prior GM experience on another RO server:
none, apart from a few freinds servers and my test server, but i would not call that expereince in player relations as much, but more understanding many of the commands

Being able to ensure the server is run smoothly for all players, hosting events, solving problems

Why do you want to be a GM?
Cos i feel i have played RO for enough years to understand what works well within RO communities, i feel i would be dedicated at resolving issues around support for players, improving and suggesting idea's for the server, helping to create a great atmosphere for all players to enjoy, i'm not good at self appraisal, but i would be dedicated, committed, reliable, fun, honest, trustworthy, and i want to go the next step in my RO gameplay enjoyment and hopefully suggesting some cool ideas to improve this server and to be part of something awesume

What are your expectations as a GM?
To rule the world, well to be there to help new players with thier questions, to assist other GM's, to report all bugs, and help fix them, to host occassional events. To assist with the support tickets, etc

What do you need to properly do your job as a GM?
Communication with other GM's, trust, respect, @commands /gg

How can you improve yourself?
Education, education, education

If chosen, what is the first thing you will do as GM?
Report for duty! Start planning cool events, assisting other GM's, being present within RO IG and on forums, to help players

erm, as above. Currently working, living with my g/f no kids /spin, i enjoy riding my motorbikes, drinking, reading, etc, etc

What is your favorite class? Why?
i enjoy most classes, and get bored quick if i stay with just 1 for too long.
