Yes, blind people see their dreams, however it may not be in the same
way you and I dream, the mind is powerful and builds its own images of
colors, people, and everything you and I may dream of. Do you see your
dreams even though your eyes are closed?
Another answer could be
no they do not 'see' their dreams because I am fairly sure no single
person can view their dreams, because dream state is a state of being
not a picture or cinema event, even though sometimes they may feel like
just that.
