How experienced are you with Ragnarok?
Been playing since 9years ago. Started off with cRO, and mRO, eRO, aRO, sRO, tRO. I know 5 classes, inside-out.
How well do you know illusiveRO's rules?
I'll re-type it with my eyes closed and send you a copy?
Prior GM experience on another RO server:
sRO GM, and unofficial cRO GM. Roles are ; Bot-catcher, Player Relations, Events, Bug Testing.
How long?
sRO 14months, cRO 3months.
Best part of being GM:
Being flawlessly unbiased and no one can say anything about it.
Worst part of being GM:
Friendships get messed up.
What traits are necessary in a good GM?
Non-biased to players/GM Team, efficient in work, creative towards growth of server, fluency in English.
Out of these qualities, which do you currently possess?
All stated on the resume are reflected upon myself.
Hours do you plan to GM per week
If i was to get recruited, i'd be online 24-7. I have 2 laptops running. Well, unless i am out for class or holidays.
Position applying for (Enforcement, Support, Event, Scripter, etc):
Enforcement, Support, Player Liasons, Events.
Examples of work or sample events? (Relevant for Event GM and Scripter positions):
Dice event, Cage Deathmatch, etc.
How do you deal with criticism?
Why would i care? I'm a GM. If they criticize me, i'd record it all down, and mute them.
And then post on forums to ask if they deserved it.
How do you deal with errors in your own judgment?
I apologise and make up for it.
Why do you want to be a GM?
Want to make a difference.
What can you contribute to illusiveRO as a GM?
Take it up a whole new level.
What are your expectations as a GM?
Don't really have any for myself. As long as i have the power to make this server grow, i'll make it grow.
What do you need to properly do your job as a GM?
Responsibilities checklist, and GM powers.
How can you improve yourself?
Well let the public decide.
If chosen, what is the first thing you will do as GM?
Keep my identity hidden. To serve then to be served.

What is your favorite class? Why? Assassins, highest damage, highest speed. Most versatile in all sorts of battle conditions. Stealth + Speed + Precision > All.
